GOATS NEGLECTED
£lO FINE IMPOSED (From Our Own Correspondent) HUNTLY, Today. Charged with permitting six goats to b© left without food, water and shelter in the railway stockyards at Huntly, Walter Harold Burbush was fined £lO in the Huntly Police Court today. The animals were railed from Hamilton and were left for four days in six inches of mud and slush, in very bad weather. Defendant did not appear.
