JOCKEY INJURED
BOTH WRISTS BROKEN (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyriglit) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 11.30 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. Jockey Friend, a successful hurdle rider, broke both wrists when endeavouring to save himself after parting from his mount, Papegai, in the hurdles at Rosehill on Saturday. It is feared that his riding career is ended.
