A recent meeting of business men voted in favour of establishing a commercial library as a part of the Municipal Library, and determined to ascertain what contributions toward the cost could be i-eiied upon. The library authorities told them that the city had no funds for the purpose, but could find a room in the Municipal Library. The estimated expense was £3OO. ,
