After drinking with another man in the Panama Hotel, Walter Leonard Clark, aged 33, on going outside, asked him for the loan of a shilling., The man produced his purse, whereupon Clark grabbed it and made off, but was subsequently arrested. He was fined £5 this morning, with the alternative of a month in gaol. He had been before the court two months ago for a somewhat similar offence.) __
