MAY PROBABLY RESIGN
BIRKENHEAD COUNCILLOR It was reported at the meeting of the Birkenhead Borough Council last evening that Cr. L. R. L. Moller contemplates resigning owing to ill-health. Councillors expressed regret at Cr. Moller’s; illness and resolved that a deputation should wait on him and urge him not to take the step contemplated. Mr. L. R. Moller has been a member of the council for the past eight years and has been a very active member of the council. After the last election he was appointed deputy-mayor and a member of several committees.
