GIRL’S LEAP TO DEATH
LOSS OF PARENTS PREYED ON MIND ESTATE 0? £12,000 LEFT SYDNEY, Monday. At the inquest concerning the. dealh or Miss Doris Holmes. aged 25, who threw herself from a. cliff into the sea at Rose Bay on Friday. the coroner returned a verdict of suicide while Miss; Holmes was suffering from temporary mental derangement, owing to the recent deaths of her aged parents. It was announced that Miss Holmes's estate was valued at £12,000.
