CYCLING IN RAIN

SATURDAY’S RACES Tlio Auckland Cycling Club held a 19.4 miles road race on Saturday afternoon at Mangere. The race was run in a continual downpour which hampered the riders and soaked them to the skin. There were 11 starters. Results were: D. Storey, 3m 1 F. Lowndes, 4im 2 W. Francis, 4m 3 L.
