ARCHITECTS SPEND JOLLY EVENING IN COSTUME

BALLOONS AND FOLIAGE A very jolly evening was spent at the University last evening, when the Architects’ Society held a fancy dress dance. Almost everyone wore fancy dress, and some of the costumes were most original and entertaining. Potted shrubs and palms banked the walls, and great clusters of balloons made gay splashes of colour. Committee members present were Mr. C. I. Crookes, Air. A. L. Salmond, Air. A. J. Sedcote, Air. Rixtrott?, Air. C. J. E. AlcLean, Professor Knight and Air. Turkington. Airs.
