It j will consist of a white Norfolk jacket with black stripes, cream silk shirt i and tie with soft collar, and a “dressy” ; silk handkerchief. j The colour and shape of the trousers, i which must also be made of home j materials, is left to Individual taste, | Hat tile trousers must not be “baggy.” The suit will cost 15s without the j trousers.
