BOYS APPREHENDED

THEFTS IN THE CITY STOLEN GOODS RECOVERED Four schoolboys who have been concerned in several cases of breaking and entering recently have been apprehended by the police. During the past few weeks the premises of Fairbairn, Wright and Co., the Wilton Company in Shortland Street, the Home Cookery Kitchen in Kitchener Street and a small tobacconist’s shop in High Street have all been broken into and goods stolen. It is stated that the four boys have been concerned in these thefts and they will appear before the Juvenile Court to answer the charges. The boys are each aged about 115 and all go to school. A quantity of the stolen goods was recovered by Detective-Sergeant Doyle and Detective O’Sullivan, who traced the delinquents.
