WELLINGTON DETECTIVES AT WORK LIBRARY REMOVED .Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. On Wednesday night a raid was made on the offices of the local group of the Communist Party of New Zealand by detectives, who possessed a warrant to search for books or documents of a seditious character. mHE whole of the library of the local group, containing many books of reference in general circulation, was taken away as well an the records and reports of the group. This is the sec ond raid within three weeks. On tlie first occasion the offices of a Red worker in Vivian Street were visited and quantities of literature, news paper files, correspondence and other matter were removed.
