COASTAL MOVEMENTS— Awafaou is to be dispatched at 5 p.m. today for Hick's Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. She is at King’s Wharf. Apanui is expected to return to port from Totara North, Houhcra, Kaimaumau and Parenga at eight o’clock tomorrow morning. Canopus, Westport Coal Company’s collier, is to load at Westport tomorrow for Auckland. She is expected to arrive here about Monday next. Claymore sails for Whangarei at 9 p.m. today, and is expected to return to port at 4.30 a.m. on Thursday. Coronation left Awanui at S o'clock this morning and is due at Auckland at 8 a.m. tomorrow. Huanui arrived this morning from Gisborne and berthed at King's Wharf. Hauraki. in continuation of her voyage from the Pacific Coast ports. leaves Auckland on Thursday for V» ellington, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. Hertford sails from Auckland ’at noon on Saturday for Napier, thence Wellington, Lyttelton and Port Chalmers, to complete her discharge of Liverpool cargo. Kaimanawa, which is at present loading at Westport for Wellington and Auckland, is expected here early next week. Kaiapoi is scheduled to load at Westport on Friday for Auckland, and should arrive here early next week. Kawau, due from Kawau, Leigh and Mangawai at 4 p.m. today, is to be dispatched for Kawau, Takatu, Ti Point, Little and Big Omaha at 10 o’clock tomorrow morning. Katoa, from Westport, left New Plymouth at 3.30 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due tomorrow. Kaponga arrived at Auckland last evening from Greymouth, via New Plymouth, and berthed at the Western Wharf. Tomorrow evening she leaves here for Portland, where she is to load for Wellington and Lyttelton. Kurow is leaving Dunedin this evening, via Timaru. Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland and should arrive here about the middle of next week. Margaret W.. at present on the slip undergoing repairs, is to unslip tomorrow morning and sails tomorrow evening for Gisborne direct. Otirnai was scheduled to leave for Opotiki only at 11 o'clock this morning. Orxiffina, arriving from Waiwera, Mahurangi, and W ark worth at 12.30 o’clock tomorrow morning, is scheduled to sail for Motuihi and Waiheke at 10 a.m. that morning. Port Alma leaves Auckland on Friday afternoon for New Plymouth to land the balance of her London cargo, thence Australia for Homeward loading. Pukeko is expected back from the East Coast about Saturday. Rangitoto arrives from Coromandel at 11 p.m. tonight. Taniwha is sailing for Paeroa at 11.30 p.m. tonight. She is due back at 4.30 o’clock on Thursday morning. Toa was to leave for Whakatane and Kutarere at 11 a.m. today. Tiroa is sailing for Hick’s, Tolaga and Tokomaru Bays, and Gisborne at 2.30 p.m. today. She is at King s Wharf. Waimea. which leaves Auckland at 4 o’clock this afternoon for Gisborne and Napier, returns here next Sunday. Waipiata. is scheduled to leave Auckland tomorrow on her return trip to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. Wingatui clears Dunedin today for Timaru to complete discharge, thence she goes to Lyttelton to load for Napier and Auckland. She leaves Lyttelton on Saturday and should arrive here about Thursday next.
