THROWN AGAINST A CENTRE-POLE in Queen Street this morning, a motor-car driven by Mr. C. J. Tucker was badly damaged, but no one was hurt. The car was turning out of Darby Street into Queen Street when it was struck by an outward-bound tram. The inset gives some idea of the damage suffered by the car.
