CEMETERY TRUST ROBBED (Special to THE SUN) TAIHAPE, Thursday. Admissions that while secretary of the Taihape Cemetery Trust he stole sums totalling £l2 17s 6d were made by A bert Leighton in the Taihape Police Court today. Detective J. Walsh said Leighton was former y secretary of the Cemetery Trust, and could not account for certain payments of rent made to him by a Taihape farmer. Mr. A. H. McGuiness.
