ONLY EFFECTIVE WAY The contention that the only effective rules to obtain good health were those of nature, was made by Madame Mabel Milne in a lecture on “Eats and All About Them,” delivered under the auspices of the People’s Health Society. at the Unity Hall last evening. The lecture was the first of a series. The president of the society, Mr. H. McLeod, was in the chair. Misconceptions regarding health were dealt with by the speaker, who referred to the part breathing, exercising and resting played in obtaining good health. The question of diet and beneficial foods was also explained.
