TE AROHA LABOUR PARTY
The half-yearly meeting of the Te Aroha branch of the Labour Party was held this week. The president, Mr. ,T. Cotter, spoke on the advancement of tho movement and expressed the hope that the party would continue to ! grow. The half-yearly report and balance sheet were read and adopted, the latter showing a sound financial state of affairs. It was decided to form a debating class with a view to developing the social side of the branch.
