GUN FIRED IN DISPUTE
TWO MEN IN COURT rrcss Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. An assault in which a shotgun plaj*ed a prominent part was heard in the Christchurch Magistrate’s Court, wheu Charles Richard Williams was charged that, on July 7, at Marshlands, he assaulted Percy Edward Blades. After hearing evidence, the magistrate bound over C. R. Williams, and the complainant, Blades, to keep the peace. Blades said he had been assaulted by Williams and fired a gun over the iatter’s car to frighten him.
