CLUB GAMES POSTPONED All bowling fixtures which were to liavo been played in Auckland on Saturday were postponed on account of the weather. TE AROHA CLUB (From Our Own Correspondent) TE AROHA. Today. At the annual meeting of the Te Aroha Dowling Club, the president, Mr. H. 11. Wood, congratulated the club on its sound financial position and said that of 99 members all were financial. All competitions had been plaj'ed in a keen, sporting manner. The balance-sheet showed a credit of £2l and assets amounted to £122. The election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr. C. E. Macmillan, M.P.; president. Mr. IT. Peterson: vice-presi-dents, Messrs. F, Burton and P. Heath - cote: secretary and treasurer, Mr. G. Hedge: committee. Messrs. Edgar Wood, Stuck, jun.. Wyborn. Wykes ancl Sellers: match committee, Messrs. J. A. Clothier and J. ITeathcote; delegates to South Auckland Centre. Messrs. J. A. Clothier, Maingay and H, H. Wood: delegates to Goldfields' Association, Messrs. Clothier and Maingay; auditor. Mr. N. Ra3\ It was decided as usual to hold the New Year tourney.
