PLUNGED FROM BRIDGE

BAD TRAIN DISASTER IN COLORADO SIXTEEN PERSONS KILLED (United Service) NEW YORK, Friday. A shocking railway accident occurred today at Stratton, near Denver, Colorado. A west-bound Rock Island train plunged off a bridge which had been weakened by a storm. One coach containing 13 passengers was completely submerged in the river below and all but one were drowned. Four other people were killed, making 16 in all. Scores of others were injured. Eight cars were derailed.
