CLUB HOCKEY

SECOND ROUND CONCLUDING COMPETITION STILL DOUBTFUL The second round of club hockey matches, senior grade, for the Davis Cup will conclude at Remuera tomorrow. At present Somerville and St. Luke’s are equal at the top of the competition ladder. Somerville is matched tomorrow with North Shore. If the former loses or draws it will probably yield the championship, which has been retained for the past lour years. In the j first round Somerville lost to Shore, ! but it is rarely that Somerville falls twice to the same team. University and Mount Eden will stage a battle that should not give a largo margin to the winner. The third match is that between St. Luke’s and Epiphany.
