CRIMINAL SESSION
12 CASES FOR TRIAL Twelve cases have been set down for hearing thus far at the next criminal session of the Supreme Court in Auckland, on July 30. The charges include a number of indecency cases *nd two arising out of fatal motor accidents. Cases for trial are as under: Julius Barth, alleged perjury at Auckland. John Thomas Kirk, alleged indecent assault on girls at Auckland. Alfred Richard Dickman, alleged incest at Auckland. George Phillip Fletcher, alleged negligent driving causing death at Pukekohe. George Joseph Silver, alleged forgery a t Auckland. . Arthur Collins, alleged assault, causmg bodily harm and indecent assault °n a female at Auckland. Raymond Claude Tanfield, alleged Unlawful carnal knowledge at Auckland.
Edward James Manhire,allegedly takgirl out of the possession of her Guardian for immoral purposes at ■'■names.
