MUMMIFIED ACCIDENTALLY in a past age, this ancient Maori of North Auckland has the distinction of being the only specimen of a Maori mummy in New Zealand. He may be given to the Auckland War Memorial Museum. The only other Maori mummies are owned in Vienna.
