NAVAL ARMS REDUCTION
MACDONALD AND DAWES CONFER PROCEDURE QUESTION British Official Wireless I’.ecd. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Tuesday. Informal and preparatory conversations are taking place between the Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, and the United States Ambassador, Mr. C. G. Dawes, as to procedure and other matters in connection with measures to be taken to secure a reduction of naval armaments. Insofar as productive results are obtained they will be communicated to the other interested Powers.
