THANKSGIVING FOR KING’S RECOVERY To express thankfulness for the recovery of his Majesty the King, an anonymous donor has forwarded to the Auckland Hospital Board £lO, to be expended on medical comforts for helpless patients in the Infirmary'. Commenting on the gift at yesterday’s meeting of the board, the chairman, Mr. W. Wallace, said the action was a very nice way of giving thanks I for the King’s recovery.
