LIQUOR LAW BREACHES
PENALTIES AT OPOTIKI (From Our Own Correspondent) OPOTIKI, Today. In the Opotiki Police Court yesterday R. P. Kelly, charged with selling liquor without a permit, was fined a total of £ 8 7s. I. W Hendry, charged with supplying liquor after licensed hours, was fined £5. Alartin Moni, who procured liquor during the currency of a permanent prohibition order, was fined £6. F. C. Parkinson, who was found illegally on licensed premises, was fined £3.
