FARMER FOUND DEAD MASTERTON. Today This morning, at 9 o'clock, a weliknown 4ermann Nicholans H found dead at the foot of a tree on his farm at Akura. He apparently had been dead for two or three days. It is thought that he fell from the tree which he was topping MORE RAIN AT NELSON NELSON. Today. Further heavy rain fell throughout t he night, and this n but there are now signs o*' i c el earing. Moteuka reports it is still raining, with the rivers rising again, and causing further anxiety to settlers along the river course. The rainfall at Motueka for the past nine days is over 14inches.
