Antonio Novak, restaurant keeper, of Eltham, pleaded guilty at the Eltham Police Court this morning to a charge of bookmaking, and was fined tl 100. two mouths being given in w hich to pav. Accused made two 10s bo.s with a detective in connection with the Wellington races.
