TRIBUTE FROM AUSTRALIAN BENCH SYDNEY, Monday. Mr. Justice Frazer, of New Zealand, occupied a seat on the Bench in Sydney today with the members of the Workers’ Compensation Commission. i The chairman, Mr. Justice Perdriau, cordially welcomed the visitor. He expressed the opinion that the Dominion and the Commonwealth should benefit by an interchange of ideas during Judge Frazer’s visit. The chairman said the Australian Bench acknowledged the great help it had received from Judge Frazer’s judgments as published in the New Zealand law reports.
