LORD FORSTER’S DAUGHTER GETS DECREE HUSBAND TO PAY COSTS (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 9 a.m. LONDON, Monday. Mrs. Pitt-Rivers, daughter of Lord Forster, a former Governor-General of Australia, has been granted a decree nisi with custody of her children and costs from Captain G. H. L. F. PittRivers. The petitioner declared that her husband encouraged immoral ideas, particularly polygamy, and also abandoned the Church. "Our marriage has never been he ppy,” she said. The petitioner also alleged that Captain Pitt-Rivers had repeated misconduct since 1926. Petitioner gave evidence that her husband repudiated the church marriage ceremony entirely. He had a curious idea concerning living a chaste life. ,
