FORMER JUDGE DEAD
SIR HARTLEY WILLIAMS OF VICTORIA (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) (United Service) LONDON, Monday. The death has occurred of Sir Hartley Williams, formerly a Puisne Judge of Victoria, in his S6th year. The late Sir Hartley Williams was horn in Victoria on October 15, 1843. He was the second son of the late Sir Eyre Williams. He was educated at Repton and Trinity College, Oxford, where he took his B.A. degree in 1865. He became a barrister of the Inner Temple, 1867, and was Puisne Judge of Victoria, 1881-1903. He had been twice married.
