SUCCESSFUL BENEFIT SOCIAL
FOR EARTHQUAKE FUND St. Benedict's Hall presented a gay and animated scene last evening when some 250 couples attended the benefit social promoted by the West Coasters’ Association on behalf of the Earthquake Relief Fund. The function proved highly succes?. ful and enjoyable, the make-yourse::. at-home spirit of the Coasters being:; evidence. Dancing under the direction ol Messrs. J. Thurlotv and H. Montgomery to the accompaniment of sparklia; music provided by Morrow’s Orchestr was kept going with full swing, who, upstairs non-dancers indulged in car l playing. Mr. F.
