GRASS WIDOWERS’ TALK

Sir, — My detractors are probably correct in what they say about me personally but they are not logical in their defence of the Grass Widowers. When detailing my faults they might with truth have added that I am old-fash-ioned enough to respect women, and object to anyone saying—even in fun that they “hate them like hell ” Where do “No Bats” and “Non Hypocritical” draw the line? What do they consider bad taste? Perhaps they would enjoy hearing a broadcast of some of the realistic -portions of “All Quiet on the Western Front.” I am still DISGUSTED.
