CARNIVAL TO BE HELD ! It was unanimously decided on Thursday evening at a meeting of the committee to hold a queen carnival for the purpose of raising money for the establishment of a dental clinic at Opotikl It was decided that there should be three representatives, Town, Country and Sports queens. Great enthusiasm was manifested, and plans are now well forward for launching the campaign. It was agreed that in the event of there being a surplus that the money should go toward a fund for the purpose of building a maternity annexe at the Opotiki Public Hospital.
