GIANTISM
Amazing examples of “giantism” have been achieved by Dr. Alice Milton, of the Yale University Medical School, United States, in a series of experiments recently carried out. By feeding young kittens and puppies on preparations made from certain gland products, she has succeeded in stimulating their growth in an astonishing manner. Dr. Milton has made a close study of the part played in the body growth by ductless glands, and has published several books as a result of her investigation.
