ROYAL SHOWS “THE SHAKEDOWN”

A story of unusual force is revealed in 'The Shakedown," coming to the Royal Theatre, Kingsland, this evening. James Murray has the chief role, that of a voung boxer who works in with a gang of dishonest fight pro moters. He goes to a workers’ camp in the oilfields to stage a fight, but there meets and falls in love with a voung girl, a role played by Barbara Kent. There are many exciting boxing scenes in the picture. Several good supporting pictures will also be screened this evening.
