DAYLIGHT THEFT

PARNELL HOUSE ROBBED CUTLERY AND TROPHIES TAKEN The residence of Mr. G. H. Kissling, 14 Glanville Terrace, Parnell, was broken into earlier in the week and a quantity of cutlery and some yachting trophies stolen.

Mrs. Kissling left the house at 3.30 o’clock and returned half an hour later. It is surmised that the theft occurred during her absence. Nothing was disturbed when she returned, but later, when the table was being prepared for the evening meal, it was discovered that the cutlery was missing. Some small trinkets from a bedroom and yachting trophies from another room were also stolen.
