JAPAN’S NEW CABINET
HAMAGUCHI CHOOSES HIS - TEAM SHIDEHARA FOREIGN MINISTER (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) TOKYO, Wednesday. Mr. Yuko Hamaguchi has formed a new Cabinet, which has been installed. The portfolios have been distributed as follow; Prime Minister —Mr. Yuko Hamaguchi. Foreign Affairs—Baron K. Shidehara. Finance —Mr. Jannosuke Inouye. Justice —Mr. Watanake. Education —Mr. Ichita Kobashi. Commerce —Mr. Tawara. Communications - Mr. Matajiro Koizumi. Railways—Mr. Egi.
Dominions —-Mr. Genji Matsuda. There is widespread approval of the appointment of Baron Shidehara as Foreign Minister. It promises an improvement in the relations between Japan and China.
Business men particularly welcome Mr. Inouye as Minister of Finance. They say his appointment ensures financial stability.
