ESTATE AGENT APPEALS
NEGLECT OF DUTY ALLEGED Press Association m. . WELLINGTON, Tuesday. . The Court of Appeal continued hearmg the appeal of Samuel Valle and Sons, Limited, of Auckland, estate agents, against Stewart Douglas Harold Jones, of Auckland, carpenter, today. The case concerns the destruction by fire of an unoccupied house, and a claim for insurance ■which was not allowed in a recent case owing to an alleged omission on the part of the appellant firm. After hearing lengthy argument by counsel the Court reserved decision.
