EARLY MAORI HISTORY
FILM TO BE PRODUCED (From Our Oxen Correspondent) WHANGAREI, Today. Mr. Alexander Marky passed through Whangarei today on his way north to Rawene to interview various tribes and to select a cast for a film illustrative of the early history of the Maoris.
He will return to Whangarei in a few days to make arrangements for the building of villages. A fleet of war canoes will be required for the production.
