DAIRY DELEGATES TOUR
VISIT TO DARGAVILLE About 80 farmers arrived in Dargaville from Whangarei on Saturday, and were tendered a luncheon by the citizens of Northern Wairoa at the Dargaville Municipal Chambers. The visitors are a portion of those who visited Whangarei last week in connection with the National Dairy Association conference. Accompanied by the Mayor of Dargaville, Mr. F. A. Jones, and other local body representatives, they visited Trounson Kauri Park and the Waipoua Forest yesterday. A special train left Dargaville for the purpose of conveying them as far as Donnelly’s Crossing.
