HOTEL DESTROYED
WELL-KNOWN LANDMARK Press Association CHRISTCHURCH. Today, fire destroyed the Star and Garter Hotel at Waikari last evening. The hotel was a well-known landmark, having: been erected before the railWa y line reached the district. The licensee was Mr. J. Beale.
