NO HOUSES TO LET

POSITION IN DARGAVILLE Press Association DARGAVILLE, Sunday. House properties continue to change hands freely in Dargaville, and it is almost impossible to obtain a place to rent. With each sale the outgoing tenant has difficulty in finding a suitable house to move into, and in many cases he is forced to buy in elsewhere before he can get out. In some cases small strings of families are automatically held up until one family can shift—one family having bought in where another has decided to leave—and a general move takes place after the first of each of such removals. Business premises are receiving much-needed attention, and some new buildings are to be erected. The town is rapidly progressing with the general advance of the district.
