EMPIRE SERVICE LEAGUE

SIR ANDREW RUSSELL WILL REPRESENT N.Z. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 11 a.m. LONDON, Friday. Sir Andrew Russell will represent New Zealand at the fourth biennial conference of the British Empire Service League which will be opened on June 24 by Mr. L. S. Amerv. formerly Secretary of State for the Dominions. The discussions will include Empire migration and the development of Empire trade.
