COASTAL MOVEMENTS— Awahou will be continuing her annual overhaul and survey for another week. She is to resume her East Coast running on Tuesday week. Claymore is to be dispatched for Whangarei at 8 o’clock tomorrow evening, and is expected to return to port at 6 a.m. on Tuesday. Coronation was to have sailed for Awanui at noon today. Gunbar, due at Auckland this evening from the East Coast, berths at the King’s Wharf, and at 4 o’clock on Monday afternoon leaves here on her return trip to Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays. Kaimanawa left Dunedin at midnight last night via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne for Auckland. Katoa is not expected to leave Portland until Monday afternoon. She is at present loading cement for Wellington and Lyttelton. Kaituna is now to clear Greymouth at 10 o’clock this evening for Auckland direct and should arrive here about Tuesday evening. Mako is arriving in port at midght tonight. She is to sail for Hicks Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne at 5 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be her last trip in substitution for the Awahou, which is surveying. Margaret W., due from Gisborne this afternoon, is to leave at noon on Tuesday on the return trip. Motu was scheduled to sail for Awanui and Waipapakauri at noon today. Otimai sails for Opotiki and Kutarere at noon on Tuesday. Cargo will be received on Monday and until 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Pukeko is expected from the East Coast, via Portland, on Monday night, and is to be dispatched for East Coast bays, Napier and Wairoa at 5 o’clock on Tuesday afternoon. Rangitoto was announced to leave for Thames at 2 o’clock this afternoon, and is due back at 10 p.m. tomorrow. Ronaki was to have sailed for Tauranga at noon today. Scot is scheduled to sail for Waipu at 3 p.m. on Monday. Taniwha leaves for Paeroa at midnight tomorrow night. She returns to port at 4.30 a.m. on Tuesday. Tiroa, arriving from the East Coast this afternoon, is to leave for Hicks, Tokomaru and Tolaga Bays at noon on Tuesday. Toa is to sail for Whakatane at 4 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon. Waimea left Napier at 6 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due tomorrow morning. She berths at the Prince’s Wharf and at 4 o’clock on Tuesday afternoon sails from Auckland on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. Waipiata is now expected to leave Auckland at 6 o'clock this evening on her return trip to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff and Oamaru. Waikouaiti, from Port Chalmers via Timaru, Lyttelton and Picton, is due at Auckland at 7 o’clock tomorrow morning. She will berth at the Prince’s Wharf and, after discharge, proceeds direct to Newcastle. Wingatui, en route from Dunedin, left Timaru at 10 o’clock last evening and leaves Lyttelton on Monday, via Wellington for Auckland. She is due here about Friday next.
