RECORD NUMBER SHOWN YEAR’S GOOD INCREASE Press Association WELLINGTON, Thursday. An interim return of sheep in the Dominion on April 30 shows an increase compared with the final return of 1928 of 1,877.037. The total is 29,011,247, of which 15,569,209 are in the North Island. The total established a new record. Last year’s enumeration of 27,133,810 was higher than any previous figures. The increase is also a record for any single year.
