100 FROM NEW ZEALAND
AMERICA’S IMMIGRATION QUOTA NO CHANGE IN NUMBER (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) WASHINGTON, Thursday. The new immigration quotas, based on national origins, were today proclaimed by President Hoover. They will come into force on June 30. New Zealand’s quota remains at 100. Australia’s lias been reduced to 100 from 121. That of New Guinea, including the islands appertaining to Australian mandate, are still 100.
