A small property and four-roomed bungalow with a frontage of 55 feet on to Brandon Road, Glen Eden, was sold by Messrs. T. Mandeno Jackson. * * * Messrs. J. R. Robertson and Company sold a five-roomed house with a frontage of 26 feet to Anglesea Street, Ponsonby. The price wras £BO9. Rutherford, Robinson and Austin offered for sale, under mortgage, two properties. The first was situated at Grand© Avenue, Mount Albert, with a frontage of 51 feet and a depth of 161 feet, together with a four-roomed house. The second was a four-roomed dwelling house, situated at 23 Peary Road. Mount Eden. Both properties were bought in by the mortgagees. A six-roomed house in Mount Eden Road was offered for sale by Palethorpe and Parkes, but did not reach the reserve and was withdrawn.
