ST. JAMES THEATRE

END OF “DIGGERS” SEASON The Auckland season of Pat Hanna and his "Diggers” will conclude tomorrow evening. Tomorrow afternoon a matinee will be held. During the time they have been in Auckland the "Diggers” have established a reputation for bright and merry sketches, songs and dances. The sketches presented are original, and are given over wholly to the production of laughter. Thus St. James audiences are kept in gales of mirth from the first curtain to the last. Joe Valli and Pat Hanna are the principal merry-makers. On the singing side of the programme Adele Taylor. Iza Crossley and the Meadows Sisters give excellent performances. Norman Prench and Stan Dawson are other performers who help along the successful show.
