SEVERAL DECREES MADE (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, Today. Several divorces were granted by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court today. , On the grounds that her husband committed adultery With another woman at the Wairoa Hotel, 'Wellington, in December, 1928. Mary Duncan Caley Te Kuiti, sought a decree nisi against Percy Caley, salesman, Wellington. . ... In 1926 respondent lived in Wellington and later was found staying with an unknown woman at the hotel under the name of “Mr. aqd Mrs. Caley. A decree nisi was granted. John Wakefield, farm labourer, was -ranted a dissolution of his marriage with Mary Elizabeth Wakefield on statutory grounds. T , A decree nisi was granted to Thomas Riddell, farmer. Gordonton, against Esselrnont Riddell, for failure to obey an order of restitution. An application by Mary Alice Carlton for a dissolution of marriage on the strength of an agreement to separate „L„ i„ May. 1926, was adjourned, his Honor." requiring further proof that So parties had actually been separated R>r a longer period than three years.
