Mr. Plaxico was driving a horse in a sulky and leading Silk Thread along Yaldhurst Road when, without warning-, he rushed Mr. Plaxico, seizing him by the leg and dragging him from the sulky. Once he had the trainer down Silk Thread commence to savage him and Inflicted severe wounds.' A passer-by saw the predicament and beat the stallion about the head, but it was some time before lie could make him release his grip.
